The challenges can be done at home, as part of homeschooling, in a classroom setting or as assignments for kids in counseling working on cognitive reframing.

Start with discussing the basic concepts presented in the challenges: gratitude, self-love, positivity, growth mindset.

Help kids find applications of these concepts in THEIR lives and identify the concepts in books and movies they're familiar with. You can use our recommended book list and movie list

Here are some suggestions on how to use the challenges:

- Use as a relaxing activity each night before bed
- Make it a family activity you do together after dinner
- Combine these activities with other things like coloring sheets. Spend time coloring together while discussing the concepts and their applications in their lives

Once completed put the challenges in a binder! Kids love flipping through to see what they wrote.
